Our "Perfect Plan" package includes a custom feed using your photos, curated stock photos, and custom-made graphics that align with your aesthetic. No more figuring out what to post or feeling like you've posted the same thing too many times.

Captions that Convert

Caption writing is tedious. It’s hard to think of unique ideas and how do you even stay on top of the latest trends!? With our "Perfect Plan" monthly package, we'll provide you with captions for each of your posts, specifically written using elements known to convert as well as current trends.

#Hashtags

Reach new customers, keep things fresh, and expand your reach by utilizing relevant hashtags for your business. For every post we will provide 20-30 hashtags that we recommend for you to use, including ones specific to your brand, industry, and the post itself.

So how does it work?

If you find yourself spending hours each week planning and posting, this may feel a little bit too good to be true. But it isn't! Our "Perfect Plan" is an affordable way to get the perks of social media management (no more planning posts or staring into the abyss while trying to write captions) while also maintaining engagement with your audience (we hand over the content and you do the posting and engaging - this keeps you in-tune with your audience and helps you to make informed business decisions).

Step 1: Select your "Perfect Plan"

You select and sign up for your "Perfect Plan."

Step 2: The Foundation

We start with a strategy email where we discuss what your needs are. We also get your logos, we ask what color schemes/fonts you like, and get any other info you think would be helpful. Based on your usual inventory and work schedule, we will work together to pick a “start date” for each month (for example, if you usually re-stock mid-month, we’ll plan for a start date on the 10th so that we can make sure your feed is as relevant as possible every month).

Step 3: The Strategy (Monthly)

For your first month, this will happen during our strategy email, but for every other month, we will get in touch the week before your month renews to find out what we should include in your monthly plan. We'll ask things like: What items have the most inventory that you want to move? What promos are you planning to run and what are the details (dates, promo code, etc.) Any new inventory we should plan to include?

Your time investment for this step: 1 hour/month

Step 4: Content Creation (Monthly)

We take what we've discussed, along with your promotional strategy and content, to create posts and stories. We'll write captions using current trends as well as proven marketing strategies and we'll also curate a list of hashtags for each post.

We input all of the content into an easy-to-use app (where you can download, copy/paste, etc.) and send you your full social plan at the start of your month. This will include photos/videos for your feed, captions for each post, curated hashtags based on your specific brand and industry, and story posts.

Your time investment for this step: 0 hours/month (!!)

Step 5: You Schedule or Post Manually (Monthly)

You have access to the app with your content throughout the month and can either choose to post manually using the content we’ve provided, OR, to save yourself even more time, we recommend you use a scheduling app to schedule out a week of content at a time. You can also choose to post this content on whatever social media platforms you want! They will be made as Instagram and Facebook posts but there's no saying you can't post some of the stories on Pinterest, too.

7 hours/month if posted manually

Bonus Step: Decide What to Do with Your Extra Time!

Let's say right now social media takes you about an hour and a half every day (and it may even take longer than that with how much there is to do - finding and deciding on a post, creating graphics, writing the caption, deciding on hashtags... and don't even get us started on the stories). If you did this every day, you likely spend about 45 hours on social media each month. That's more than an entire 9-5 workweek! With our "Perfect Plan," you'll only be spending about 8 hours each month on social media planning/posting (only 4 hours each month if you schedule the posts!).
